Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m so glad you are here.

I enjoy working with women who struggle with stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, motherhood stress, communication issues, parenting issues, and difficulties with motivation and self esteem. I am especially passionate about helping women conquer pregnancy and/or postpartum mental health.

It is important to me to help women gain insight into how early life experiences and patterns developed in the past could be impacting their present and future. Tangible coping skills to use immediately to better manage stress is also something I try to instill in each session.

I believe that everyone deserves to have an active role in their treatment. It is vital to me that our work together is tailored to your unique and specific needs.

I treat all of my clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Deciding to go to therapy can be a really hard decision. Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am honored to support you in that process.
